Abatelli Real Estate Appraisals, founded in 1975 by Richard Wayne Abatelli, provides professional real estate appraisal services across Long Island’s North Fork and surrounding communities. A New York State Certified Appraiser, Mr. Abatelli has built a decades-long career specializing in property valuation for estate planning, divorce settlements, insurance coverage, lending institutions, employee relocation, and real estate transactions. His expertise has also included appraisal work for the New York State Surrogate Courts in Queens and Brooklyn.

Originally established in Queens, New York, the practice expanded to the North Fork in 1985, where Mr. Abatelli opened an office in Cutchogue to serve the hamlets, villages, and towns of the East End, including Fisher’s Island. In 2011, the office moved to its current location at 25425 Main Road, Cutchogue, New York.

Mr. Abatelli is a United States Air Force veteran, honorably discharged in 1970, and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Texas Christian University (TCU).
